CARMEL, Calif.- The home of a Carmel city employee is searched by police, while he and a co-worker are put on administrative leave. It's a story police are keeping close to the vest, as we try to get more information.
According to the Carmel Pine Cone, the city's IT manager and a full-time computer tech are on paid administrative leave because of an internal investigation. We went to Carmel in search of answers because were talking about public employees. But it's a story the city isn't saying much about and police are practically mum on the issue.
"I can give you information that we're doing an investigation. I can't tell you who it is and I can just tell you its involving a personnel matter," said Carmel Police Chief Michael Calhoun.
